Annual General Meeting
Bannerman’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thursday, 13 November 2025 commencing at 10:00 am Australian Western Standard Time.
How to vote in person
To vote in person, attend the Annual General Meeting at Subiaco Meeting Rooms, Level 1, Suite 9, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco, Western Australia 6008.
Shareholders and visitors can register from 9:30 am (AWST) on the day of the meeting.
The Company strongly encourages all Shareholders to lodge a directed proxy vote online or by form prior to the Annual General Meeting.
How to vote by proxy
Proxy votes may be lodged using any of the following methods:

Intermediary Online subscribers (custodians) should visit www.intermediaryonline.com
Once logged in, you can also provide your email address to receive all future shareholder communications from the Company electronically.
Shareholders who have elected to receive communications electronically from Bannerman will receive an email containing instructions to submit a proxy vote online.

Proposed Constitution
At the Annual General Meeting, the Company will seek approval of Shareholders to replace the existing Constitution with a new constitution (Proposed Constitution).
