We may collect and hold personal information such as:

Some recipients may be located outside Australia, including in Namibia. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when transferring data overseas.

Those third party web sites may collect personal information about you.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties or the content of third party web sites, even if they provide information/publications by or about (or purporting to be) Bannerman.

We encourage users to be aware when they leave the Bannerman web site or when they access information/publications by or about (or purporting to be) Bannerman from third party sources, and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete the information promptly.

11. Security & Data Breaches

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information using technical and organisational measures. In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC (if required by law) in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
